On Tuesday, we will be watching the Home Builders (HGX.X) as a group and Beazer Homes (BZH) in particular for an extension move lower. BZH left a Fast Ball breakdown through the 50-period sma, and traded into the close under solid overhead resistance.
In Aerospace/Defense (DFX.X), Rockwell Collins had a Fast Ball expansion at new highs. We will watch the stock for follow-through or sinker action in Tuesday’s trading.
In Energy (DXE.X) DTE Energy Co consolidated Friday’s Fast Ball breakdown in a Backdoor Slider at the 50-period simple moving average. We will look for a move below the average on Tuesday to initiate a short position.
