| CardioTech International, Inc. engages in the development and manufacture of small bore vascular grafts or synthetic blood vessels, made of ChronoFlex, used in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. These medical disposables include sensing, balloon, and drug delivery catheters; disposable endoscopes; and in-vitro diagnostic and surgical disposables. CardioTech also markets polyurethane elastomers for use in implantable devices, such as stents, artificial hearts, and vascular ports. Its markets include products for use in cardiac surgery, myocardial management, infusion therapy, and post operative blood salvage.
