V. Realty, Inc., a real estate company that owns, acquires, buys, sells, and leases real and personal property and interests therein related to the utility business. The company served approximately 148,164 customers in the towns, villages, and cities in Vermont, as of December 31, 2003. In addition, the company supplies electricity to one municipal utility, one rural cooperative, and one private utility.
