As of December 31, 2003, the company owned interests in a total of 421 producing wells, with oil constituting approximately 7% and natural gas constituting approximately 930f its production. It focuses its exploration and development activities on the Green River Basin in southwestern Wyoming, the Powder River Basin in northeastern Wyoming, the Washakie Basin in south central Wyoming, the Wind River Basin in central Wyoming, and the Christmas Meadows area in northeastern Utah.
