| Sabine Royalty Trust receives a distribution from Sabine Corporation of royalty and mineral interests, including landownerÂ’s royalties, overriding royalty interests, minerals, production payments, and any other similar, nonparticipatory interest, in certain producing and proved undeveloped oil and gas properties located in Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. Sabine Royalty qualifies as a grantor trust for Federal income tax purposes and is not subject to taxation. The trust was formed in 1982 and is based in Dallas, Texas. |
