AmeriGas Partners, L.P., through its subsidiary, AmeriGas Propane, L.P., engages in the distribution of propane in the United States. The partnership also sells, installs, and services propane appliances, including heating systems, as well as propane fuel systems for motor vehicles. AmeriGas Propane, Inc. serves as the general partner of the partnership. AmeriGas Partners was formed in 1994 and is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.
