Its engine air intake management products include throttle bodies, electronic throttle control, and engine induction modules. The company offers polymer fans for engine cooling systems. It sells its products to original equipment manufacturers of commercial trucks, buses, and agricultural and off-highway vehicles primarily in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia. BorgWarner was formed in 1928 and is headquartered in Auburn Hills, Michigan.
