CH Energy Group, Inc. operates as the holding company of Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation (Central Hudson) and Central Hudson Enterprises Corporation (CHEC). Central Hudson purchases, sells at wholesale, and distributes electricity and natural gas in portions of New York State. It also generates a portion of its electricity requirements.
