Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation (COGC) and its subsidiaries engage in the acquisition, exploration, development, exploitation, production, and marketing of oil and gas properties primarily in North America. It transports, stores, gathers, and purchases natural gas for resale. The company also operates gas gathering and transmission pipeline systems; and local distribution companies.
