Ceragon Networks, Ltd. engages in the development, manufacture, and marketing of broadband wireless network equipment. Its modular FibeAir product family operates across multiple frequencies; supports integrated services over synchronous optical network/synchronous digital hierarchy, asynchronous transfer mode, and Internet protocol networks; and offers built-in add/drop multiplexing and encryption functionality for broadband services. The company sells its products through distributors, resellers, third party integrators, and original equipment manufacturers. Ceragon was founded in 1996 by Shraga Katz as Giganet, Ltd. It changed its name to Ceragon Networks, Ltd. in 2000. The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv, Israel.
