American Ecology Corporation (AEC), through its subsidiaries, provides radioactive, hazardous, and industrial waste management services in the United States. The companys disposal facilities accept hazardous and low-level radioactive waste (LLRW), and naturally occurring and accelerator produced radioactive materials. It has hazardous waste treatment and disposal facilities in Beatty, Nevada; Grand View, Idaho; and Robstown, Texas, as well as LLRW disposal facility in Richland, Washington. The company also inspects, monitors, and performs corrective measures at its nonoperating disposal facilities.
