The retail segment sells home furnishings to consumers through a network of company-owned stores. Company-owned retail stores are located in the United States and Canada, as well as independently-owned stores are located in the United States, Asia, the Middle East, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Africa, and the West Indies. The company was founded in 1932 and is headquartered in Danbury, Connecticut.
