The Electronic and Electrical segment provides electronic products and electrical distribution systems, primarily wire harnesses and junction boxes; interior control and entertainment systems; and wireless systems. The company sells its products principally to automotive original equipment manufacturers. Lear Corporation was founded in 1917 and is headquartered in Southfield, Michigan.
