It has collaboration with Novartis Pharma AG; Shire Pharmaceuticals Group plc; P&G Pharmaceuticals, Inc.; and Endo Pharmaceuticals, Inc. to develop a range of new patches. The company was incorporated in 1987 and is headquartered in Miami, Florida.
