Todd Shipyards Corporation, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Todd Pacific Shipyards Corporation, engages in the repair/overhaul, conversion, and construction of commercial and military ships. Its repair and overhaul work includes the dry-docking of the vessel under repair. The companys customers include cruise ships, the U.S. flag cargo carriers, fishing boats, tankers, tugs and barges, the U.S. Navy, the U.S. Coast Guard, the Washington State Ferry system, the Alaska Marine Highway system, and other government units. Todd Shipyards was organized in 1916 and is headquartered in Seattle, Washington.
